Becoming a member of Chestnut Smile centre gives you peace of mind that you will receive the highest level of service, help when you need it and access to a range of exclusive member only benefits. Our plans are designed to help you maintain your optimum dental health. 

Our membership plans are only available once your initial course of treatment is completed and one of our dentists deems you dentally fit to go onto a maintenance plan as detailed below.

AS A MEMBER YOU WILL BENEFIT FROM:

Preferential appointment times (evenings & sat morning appts are available)

More cost effective to become a member than pay as you go option

Free of charge emergency antibiotics (dispensed from the surgery only)

Preventative care for long term health

• £18.99 per month (£4.75 a week)
• Two oral health checks per year including oral cancer screening
• Four hygienist visits per year
• Unlimited intra oral x-rays
• 10% off general dental treatments (excluding hygienist visits, orthodontic treatments, whitening procedures and facial aesthetics)
• free surgery dispensed antibiotics and painkillers
• children of members on this plan will receive free preventative and restorative work until age 16. (excludes laboratory work / appliances and endodontic treatment)
• children of a member on this plan will receive 50% off any laboratory made work/appliances and endodontic treatment. (excludes private orthodontic appliances).

The Small Print - Membership has a minimum initial term of twelve months. If you cancel within this period we will invoice you for any appointments taken but not fully paid for, furthermore a calculation will be based on a comparison of benefits of discounts on treatments received as a plan member, when compared with the private fee scale at the practice (the fee payable by those patients not an a chestnut smile centre plan). Three months notice is required to cancel membership thereafter. Cancellation of your direct debit will automatically cancel your membership and all associated benefits. Membership benefits are only effective after the first direct debit payment has cleared.

Dr Elise Walker-Coyle is the principle Dentist here at Chestnut Smile Centre, who has endeavoured throughout her career to build a welcoming, friendly dental practice with a team of highly qualified dental professionals to look after your dental health.
